Mr. Tarr lent me Fearfully and Wonderfully Made by Dr. Brand and Philip Yancey.  It considers the beauty, strangeness, and complexity of human biology at the cellular, muscular, and nervous system level and applies it to the body of Christ (the church) today.  You might enjoy it; I certainly did!
